We will ask for the Resume of manager or leager of the group. We also will ask some questions about the team and their skills. Once we are satisfied, we will provide you small project to execute. After completing the project to the satisfactory level, you would be assinged to manage projects or set of tasks. The team lead would co-ordinate with your team. If required we would provide latest traning to the team to keep them updated with the latest technology and skills. In your Resume/CV provide some details about your team.
